As a Home Management company, we take on the responsibilities that pile up in the background - the small but constant tasks that quietly drain your time and energy. Instead of juggling it all on your own, you have a reliable support system to keep everything on track.
From picking up and organizing groceries, managing laundry, and running errands- to restocking household essentials and maintaining an organized and functional home, Hive provides tailored support designed to fit your lifestyle.

Our Story
I’m Rachel, the founder of Hive Home Management. For over six years, I enjoyed a rewarding career as a professional nanny, guiding families through the wonderful yet demanding years of early childhood. This experience revealed a significant gap: while child care needs evolve once kids start school, the logistical demands of a household never truly vanish. Families often find themselves transitioning from full-time support to managing everything alone, with no middle ground for sustainable help. That realization became the spark for Hive.
My commitment to this mission is deeply personal. Growing up, I watched my mother expertly balance a high-level career with the needs of four children. She gave so much to her professional life and her family that personal time became a rare luxury. Her strength was inspiring, but her journey taught me that everyone—no matter how capable—deserves a reliable support system to lean on. I believe that true support is a necessity, not an indulgence.
Life is far too short to spend your energy solely on an endless loop of chores and logistics. When the weight of your daily to-do list is shared, you have the emotional and mental capacity to thrive as a parent, a partner, and a professional. Taking time for yourself is essential to your well-being. This is why I am so dedicated to helping families reclaim their schedules. By overseeing the intricate details of your daily life, I aim to provide you with the freedom to focus on the moments that matter—investing in yourself and savoring this beautiful season of life with those you love most.
